Our modern, energetic and tasty cuisine is prepared from organic and natural ingredients
bursting with energy when they arrive on your plate.
The delicious flavor combinations draw their inspiration from all over the world
and are prepared raw or at low temperature.
Our signature “Pousse-Pousse” plate is always well-balanced with a whole grain dish,
a lentil or chickpea or seaweed caviar, a big green salad with sprouted grains plus a seasonal
vegetable dish. We also prepare plates made to order for raw foodists
(or raw food amateurs!), gluten-free customers or vegans.
We prepare our organic soups daily, and always without cream. Our gluten-free tarts are based
on a homemade crust made from olive oil rather than butter. Our “live” crackers are also made every day with sprouted grains in a dehydrateur set at 40°c. We propose different desserts including: fresh fruit salad, panna cotta with essential oils, raw chocolate cake, ice cream based on seasonal fruits and many other delicacies. Our fruit and vegetable cocktails are incomparable both in terms of their nutritional value and their flavor. Our wheatgrass or barley shots are a great way to detox and energize us
so we can be at the peak of our physical capabilities.
