Stöckli Dehydrator
Professional dehydrator with thermostat (up to 70°C) consisting of 3 plates and a transparent cover. Made in Switzerland.
The circulation of  air is permanent and uniform to assure  regular dehydration.
The thermostat allows it to perfectly adapt the temperature of the different fruits, vegetables, mushrooms or herbs that you want to conserve. The nutritive substances are better preserved.
The wide plates (33 cm in diameter) allow you to dehydrate a significant quantity of food
at the same time (up to 0.5 kg per plate).
The machine can handle up to 10 plates at the same time, or 5 KG of food.
The transparent cover allows you to survey the evolution of the drying process.
The plates on the cover can be machine-washed for perfect hygiene.
The fan consume 18 watts and as long as the heat is on, it can reach 600 watts.
The total energy concumption depends on the amount of time that the heat is on, the ambient temperature, the number of grills and the temperature selected. The machine is delivered with a grid indicating the drying times.
