Fresh pollen

Pollen is a fine powder from the stamens of flowers that bees gather in the form of balls and which are the main source of protein for the hive. The global action of fresh pollen is undeniable.
Starting with the intestines, it allows for a better elimination of waste with very few calories and allows us to absorb a great number of high level micronutrients. We sell Perci du Sert pollens that are
fresh-frozen to preserve a concentration higher than live yeast to protect their essential elements.
A brief preservation process protects the vital elements of each pollen.
These edible pollens can be taken without a problem by people suffering from spasmodic rhinitis
or asthma. Frozen pollen has an enzymatic activity close to sprouts and, in the same way, is a powerful energizer for the body. Here are some of the pollens whose virtues have been particularly studied.
Rockrose (Ciste) flower Pollen
(Wild Mediterranean shrub) Red-orange. It contains three times more vitamin E than Spirulina
and four times more vitamin E than nuts. Vitamin E helps fight against the aging of our cells.
Chestnut Flower Pollen
From the forests of the Pyrenees and Perigord regions. Yellow-ochre. Thanks to its richness in fiber
and lactic ferment, it is recommended particularly for intestinal problems and also for menopause.
Willow (Saule) Pollen
Very rare because its harvest is uncertain. Extremely rich in vitamins, especially B9, it is the pollen recommended for women who want to become or who are already pregnant. It is also recommended
for men over 60 years to retard aging of the prostate. Very useful for physical or intellectual fatigue.
Heather (Bruyere) Pollen
This pollen is recommended particularly for people suffering from venous insufficiency,
cardiovascular problems or hemorrhoids.
Poppy Pollen
Rich in vitamin C, it stimulates the resistance and the health of all of the bodily tissues (skin, cartilage, ligaments, blood vessels, teeth, bones). It also has anti-inflammatory properties.
